Hawley’s Checklist

Painting
  1. When starting a new painting project be sure to make a list of all the materials you will need and how much to get the job done right
  2. When mixing cans of paint use a large pail to mix the colors together for a better, even finish
  3. Blend paint by rolling from just painted surfaces to unpainted surfaces
  4. For best coverage, roll out a 3ft x 3ft “W” pattern and fill in areas with horizontal strokes
  5. If using painters tape be sure to peel before paint dries to prevent chipping or peeling when tape is removed
